How to change email sender
This is edited under “employees”. Here you create both the sender name and email. Employees are considered “survey senders” in the system.
To change sender name: edit "Firstname" column
To change sender email: change email on employee
When the employee is created/edited, you can add the new sender in the campaign builder.
When changing the email, make sure that your domain (e.g. @npstoday.com) is verified in the nps.today system. If you are unsure if your domain is verified, or need a new domain verified, please email email@example.com
