How to set up reminders
You can send a reminder to respondents who have yet to answer the survey. Define the number of days/hours of the reminder delay when enabling this feature.
The optimal reminder delay is dependent on the touchpoint in which you measure. After ended call to Customer Service, the reminder delay could be 1 day. On your relational survey (rNPS), a reminder after 7 days would be optimal.
