Allow your respondents to unsubscribe from nps.today surveys.

Note that you can’t unsubscribe from a universal link campaign, because you don’t have any data on the respondent and therefore don’t know who is answering.

If you want to add unsubscribe to our text massage surveys you can use the following merge field to add a unsubscribe link in the SMS text section:
