Set up default county code
A country code is needed for nps.today to send out a text message survey. Because of this, you are able to decide a default country code, which takes effect, if no country code is provided on the phone number. This way, even if some phone numbers are missing a country code, your surveys will still be delivered correctly.
This is especially useful if your phone numbers in another system (that sends data to nps.today) do not include country codes.
Phone number format
Phone numbers provided to nps.today should always follow the E.164 format. This ensures the most reliable way of sending surveys.
