Getting Started with Advanced Survey Module (ASM) in nps.today

ASM offers a wide range of question types, supports complex branching logic, and allows you to create surveys with as many questions as needed, giving you full flexibility in designing your surveys.

ASM is an add-on to your nps.today subscription.

Enabling ASM on Your Account

ASM is activated as a user claim on your nps.today. To enable this feature, contact our support team at [email protected]. Once activated, you’ll find ASM integrated into your regular Campaign Builder, allowing you to start building your surveys right away.

Reporting and Presentation Options

For analyzing and presenting ASM survey data, you can choose from the following options:

  • Power BI (recommended): integrate your survey data for dynamic and interactive reporting.
  • Excel Report: Download raw data directly from our platform for offline analysis.
