License terms

Subscription Package

1. Licenses (separate units)
A separate nps.today license is needed, if one or more of these situations or requirements apply:

Need for:
a. Separated workspaces
b. Local admin’s
c.Β Separate entities
d.Β Separate sender domains

Separated workspaces
If a fully separated license, program, or access is needed, like separating external and internal programs. This could be separating employeeNPS and/or helpdeskNPS from other external programs

Local admin’s
If local Admin’s are needed in another country or legal entity other than the main license entity.

Separate entities
If a local entity, business unit etc. need an exclusive and separated license

Separate sender domains
If sending surveys from more than one domain is needed e.g., different brands

2. Admin Users
Anybody with access to the nps.today platform/admin console, to:

  • Create and manage surveys/campaigns
  • To handle responses:
    • Categorization/tagging
    • Edit response
    • Response notes
    • Manual response resend
  • Extract data and export reports
  • To set-up Live Web dashboards

3. Survey Channels
Survey channels include both outbound and inbound surveys. These could be:

  • Outbound:
    • E-mail
    • SMS
  • Inbound
    • Embed NPS responses
    • Pop-up NPS responses
    • QR code responses
    • Link responses
    • In-shop stand responses
    • Etc.

4. NPS Clients (Outlook)
The number of named users with access to nps.today for Outlook.

5. SMS Module
If survey dispatch on SMS is needed. You need one module for each License sending SMS surveys

6. P-GAP Module
If P-GAP is needed, including P-GAP campaign management (planning when agents are exposed to P-GAP) and the P-GAP pop-up. You need one module for each License or BU with local Admin running P-GAP surveys.

7. Plug-in for Customer Systems
The license for maintained native nps.today Plug-in’s for customer systems like Dynamics, Salesforce, Lime CRM, SuperOffice, Puzzel etc. You need one Plug-in module for each License or BU with local Admin running the Plug-in.

8. Pop-up / Embed NPS Module
To support online pop-up surveys and embedded surveys, a license for the module is needed for each system using the Pop-up / Embed Module.

9. Advanced Survey Module
License to design and execute almost any kind of survey. You need one Advanced Survey Module for each separate nps.today License.

10. API / Flow Module
License to access nps.today rest API for any kind of data transfer. Integrations to other systems and data flow to/from e.g. data warehouse, nps.today connectors and integration templates, Power Automate, Zapier etc. You only need one API / Flow Module for all non-plug-in integrations. One API / Flow Module is needed for each nps.today license requiring API access.

Subscription Survey Usage

1. Surveys
a. Surveys are all surveys (primarily sent e-mail's & SMS) sent out by nps.today including sent reminders b. Other Surveys are inbound responses on surveys NOT sent out by nps.today – this could be embedded surveys or pop-up surveys, surveys in APP’s, surveys in portals, on websites, in newsletters, from stands in shops, QR codes etc. – anywhere the survey is not sent off from the nps.today platform

Surveys are discounted based on volume. Special pricing can be applied on large volumes.

2. SMS Tarif
The number of surveys sent out by SMS in the subscription period.

SMS Tarif is dependent on the country the SMS is sent to. The countries are placed into Tiers, where each tier has it’s own SMS Tarif. If One SMS is more than 160 characters it will be two or more segments. Each segment is one SMS Tarif.

If characters in body text include non-GSM-7 characters, like emojis, then one SMS is limited to 70 characters (UCS-2 standard). An SMS with more than 160 (GSM-7) characters or more than 70 (UCS-2) characters represents multiple segments. Each segment is one SMS Tarif.

3. NPS Coach Service Hours The required number of support/advice hours you need during a subscription year. Usually your new nps.today solution will include a number of one-off NPS Coach service hours for onboarding/implementation. After initial implementation, the NPS Coach will assist you driving your CX program and guide you to expand across customer journey and touchpoints, automate more processes, gain more insights and more value from your CX program year after year.

One Time Fees

1. Power Dashboards
Power Dashboard are provided only as a onetime fee. Customers get the actual Power BI file and can extend, customize etc. You don’t get new editions/updates (these can be acquired by special agreement, but if a lot is customized, this must be redone). Feeding responses to Power BI require the Flow / API Module.

2. Connectors for other systems
Non-maintained prebuild connectors and integration templates for other systems like Zendesk, JIRA, TOPdesk, Freshdesk, APSIS, SQL Server etc. Sold as one-off pricing.

3. PS Coach Services for onboarding/implementation
The estimated number of service hours you need for successful onboarding/implementation.

The estimated hours needed for the initial onboarding/implementation, may be based on the nps.today Standard CX Implementation Packages, including:

  • Operational CX
  • Automated CX
  • Manual CX
  • Full Managed CX
  • Standard eNPS
  • Full Managed eNPS
