How to add a send out delay

Set up a delay on the sending of your survey. This can be set to days, hours, minutes or seconds.

Use case

When a customer calls Customer Service, you may not want them to receive a survey the second call ends. Here you can, for instance, set up a 10 minute survey delay in the system.
