How to create and share a live dashboard

To create for own dashboards go to our dashboard site https://dashboard.nps.today/dashboards. You can use the same login credentials as when you login in to your nps.today account.

With your live dashboards you have a great tool at your hands to share important feedback in your organization. This will help you improve your customer culture and be an effective assembly point for emloyees to discuss customer feedback.

Create a live dashboard

Choose what data should be shown (name on respondents, responsible employees, NPS per campaign etc.). Also choose the campaigns you would like to see data from.

Share your live dashboard

When created, use the link in any browser, or share with your colleagues.

Shared links can be deactivated, when no longer in use.
